When you come to the fork in your life, there is an opportunity for you to delve deeper into discovering and embracing your true self.

I support individuals and couples in building more authentic, connected, and meaningful lives.

Areas of Specialty

Life Transitions

People often come into therapy out of a yearning to make a meaningful change but are not sure where to begin. Seasons of change are intense and transformational moments for the human psyche. Therapy can be a container to process the anxiety, sadness, worry, and self-doubt that you might be experiencing. Together, we can start to name the nameless so you can move forward with greater clarity and peace.

Common life transitions I work with include becoming a parent, career changes, relocating, leaving or entering a new relationship, and death of a loved one.

Intimacy and Connection

A depth-oriented and relational process that explores your relationship with others and yourself. Our work will attempt to understand your experiences of wounding, loneliness, and isolation. Together we will bring clarity to your relational patterns, what happens between us, and what you are longing for in your relationship to others.

High-Achieving and Perfection

When success stops feeling satisfying, it’s often a sign that something deeper is asking for your attention. For those who do everything right yet still feel unsatisfied, therapy offers a place to exhale, understand what drives you, and find peace beyond perfection. I provide support as we navigate uncertainty and uncover what a meaningful life is for you.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a space to deepen your understanding of one another, improve communication and navigate conflict. Through an Emotionally-Focused (EFT), relational, and psychodynamic framework, I support couples in their love and bond for one another. In our work we will explore the conscious and unconscious dynamics at play, the story you each hold about love and relationships, along with expanding your ability to love and care for another.

Common issues that bring couples into therapy include communication, sex and intimacy, parenting, financial stress, roles and responsibilities, family conflict, trust issues and betrayal.

Religious & Spiritual Issues

Our work can include exploring the spiritual or religious dimensions of your experience—honoring how belief, doubt, and longing for meaning shape your inner life and relationships. I also offer support for those recovering from rigid or harmful religious upbringings, spiritual abuse, or loss of faith.

Money and Meaning

A space to talk about money and finances. Explore the emotional and relational patterns around money, control, and security. Gain a deeper understanding of how family, attachment, and self-worth shape financial behaviors.
